Love the cinema and staff , it’s the on going payment issues with limitless ! Would love to cancel but no other cinemas nearby, have to go through a very lengthy process every month to get my account unfrozen! Insane system!

Been trying to cancel limitless subscription since May still getting no response why make it so hard I've reported this to trading standards as its terrible

Odeon are shocking, goes to show with 64% bad feedback against their name. Purchased a pair of limitless cards to make it easier, but it isn't any easier at all. Every month when it tries to take my payment it fails, even though I have two cards added and freezes my account. Numerous emails to guest services to which they keep sending the same replies. Guess what it doesn't work. Cannot contact them by phone. Absolute shocking customer services. Have now decided to cancel limitless and go Cineworld as this Company just doesn't listen to their customers and am surprised they are still trading.

Where to start?

I am (temporarily) as close to being blind as I ever want to get.

I've got 30% vision after eye surgery that's taking a while to heal.

So, when I couldn't get their website working I was a bit annoyed.

Today, not only was the staff able to load my free ticket codes for me, but also helped me to my seat, twice (for different screenings).

They could not have helped more.

The only drawback was the aircon was broken (during a historic heat wave, bad timing there).

Even then, the screens were a comfortable 21 degrees.

A most excellent way to avoid the heat, and excellent customer service.

Much improved from my last visit.

Odeon cinema at Broadway Plaza, Birmingham. Brilliant location, safe place to park underground. The best Cinema to watch films, great staff and service always too, never had any complaints. I'd highly recommend this cinema. 5 Stars all day, everyday!

I tried booking tickets on 3 different devices on two different internet connections but it would not accept my (new) gift card online. However, there are no longer any customer service agents you can call. What a surprise, another big company cutting costs by removing customer service agents. Luckily there was a good young staff at the cinema who made it work.

Absolute Fiasco . You buy tickets , then expected to buy food online when you don’t know what you want . So standing in the Q thinking I could get served there & got to the front & told I couldn’t & to go back to the self serve ?? What ? there was loads of staff standing around waiting to do something ? I don’t get it ? Just take my order . I was with my disabled nephew & it was frustrating for me , never mind for him , getting sent backwards & forwards , while no other customers at the till so staff literally standing doing nothing waiting for orders electronically when they could of done it in 2nds when I went to the till . Honestly what a pain. There should be notices up everywhere telling people to order electronically food etc instead of making me wait in q after q & then starting again in another q .

I went to book tickets to see Thor.

The tickets were £15 pound each.

This is the company that almost went bankrupt a couple of years back because no one went to see their showings.

My daughter bought a ticket online and now we cannot go and are unable to get a refund . We followed instructions to go online but because she booked as a guest we can’t get a refund - very frustrating.

Odeon cinema Newark excellent service good prices comfortable chairs, we watched Elvis Presley film today outstanding performance well done will be visiting again x a great cinema 🎥

Things happen, things go wrong… it’s how you deal with the problem that counts. And let me tell you, for the 4th month odeon have payments issues and are dealing with it INCREDIBLY badly. More competition in this sector needed pls!

Was watching the new Minions movie with my 5 year old and a couple was doing sexual activities in the back. Another woman was pacing up and down in front of us and curled up in the corner of the cinema. Never again. Dirty place too

Curzon is better odeon is w*nk, they didn’t let us in for wearing suits, I’m not a f**king tramp

ODEON is S**T. We went in to watch minions:rise of gru wearing suits as the majority of people were doing and it’s literally just a bit of fun plus what difference did it make if we went in suits to if we wore any sort of outfit. Anyway that’s what you would think.
But BEFORE we could even pay for our tickets to see the film we got instantly told that we weren’t allowed in because we were wearing a blazer and a tie. Which is literally accusing us of Wrong when we didn’t even have a chance to do anything wrong. Plus if they are to turn people away for this reason they should have it clearly stated on their website but in actual fact IT WAS NOT what a surprise.

Anyway in conclusion; we left and went to Curzon cinema instead which was 101x better with reclining seats and bigger screen for way cheaper than odeon would have been if we wanted that treatment. So FK YOU ODEON YOU MISSED OUT ON £104

Profiled due to my attire, never got to watch the film I got a train from doncaster to watch. Lost money getting here and getting back and has no enjoyment of watching the film. Terrible customer service and was told to shut it and leave by manager. Really dissapointed wiling visit again
